For anyone under 18, target weight is stored only as a discussion goal. The app does not prescribe weight loss or calories. Growth and weight goals should be reviewed with a parent and pediatric clinician.
DAD PROFILE
Height and weight help the app explain goals and recommend a manageable schedule. They do not determine exact lifting weights; working loads are chosen by clean technique and reps in reserve.
How DuoAI Works
Private and on deviceADAPTIVE ENGINE
DuoAI is an on-device decision engine. It combines both profiles and both daily check-ins, then changes exercise selection, volume, sprinting, jumping and session length. It does not send your health or body information to an online AI service.
Guideline Logic
- Youth resistance training begins around 2–3 nonconsecutive days per week, then adjusts for baseball workload and recovery.
- Adult plans begin around 2–3 strength days, while general weekly activity also includes aerobic movement.
- The joint schedule uses the more conservative recommendation so both people can recover.
- Five selected days creates four performance sessions plus one recovery/skills day rather than five hard lifting days.
